6 Arm Exercises w/ the TheraBand


Duration: 5 minutes
Props: TheraBand
Difficulty: Beginners 

Try out this 6 pilates exercises using the TheraBand (or lightweights 2-3 pounds). Do 10 sets of each exercise and repeat them 2 - 3 times for a guaranteed killer burn.



Biceps I & II


- Benefits: Improves control and stability of the trunk. Challenges the Powerhouse and upper body.





Biceps III


- Benefits: Improves control and stability of the trunk. Strengthens and tones the muscles of the back, shoulders, and triceps.




Zip-Up


- Benefits: Improves balance control and stability of trunk. Strengthens and tones the muscles of the shoulders. Improves scapulohumeral rhythm and posture.




Boxing


- Benefits: Improves control and stability of the trunk. Strengthens and tones the muscles of the back, shoulders, and biceps.




Triceps


- Benefits: Improves control and stability of trunk. Strengthens and tones the muscles of the shoulders.
